Keeping Our Customers Informed….

In light of the recent Coronavirus outbreak, we wanted to update and reassure you that we remain open for business and will continue to operate as normal.

If you’re in self-isolation, we just ask that you please advise on ordering so that we can assist with delivery options available.


The health and wellbeing of our customers, staff and delivery drivers remains our top priority and we will continue to monitor the situation and keep you informed of any updates.


We are continuing to operate normally and deliver safely to your home.

Our specialist delivery partners are now delivering to you safely by carrying out doorstep deliveries.

To carry out the best practice we have temporarily removed the option from our website for room of choice deliveries and assembly services.

If you have already ordered and selected ‘Room of Choice’ or ‘Assembly’ at checkout and no longer wish to have them, that’s absolutely fine. Just give our Customer Services team a ring and we can cancel and refund them for you.


The health and welfare of both our customers and delivery drivers remains our top priority so we have put a number of measures in place to help ensure this. We have provided additional gloves, wipes and hand sanitiser to all our delivery crews who will be using these before and after every visit.


Rest assured, we will continue to monitor this and update you with any changes to delivery.


What happens if a product has been delivered but it is damaged, not the style or colour you were expecting or has another issue.

If you have one of the above issues with your product. We’re taking a sensible approach to the evolving situation with Coronavirus by following all Government advice to make sure we can continue to serve our customers and protect our people. If it appears that your product has been damaged, or any other issue, following the recent government advice, we won’t be able to enter your house. If you are not displaying any symptoms of Coronavirus we will collect your product providing it is ready to collect by the entrance to your property.

If you are in self isolation due to yourself or a member of your household displaying symptoms we will be unable to collect the product. If you send us the email as normal advising us of the exchange or return request and furthermore we would ask you to hang on for a bit until you are no longer at-risk and out of isolation and advise us accordingly so we can make arrangements to collect.

Furniture Outlet

We kept our furniture outlet open for as long as possible because we know how important a role it can play to you, our customers, and local communities. Due to the unfolding situation with COVID-19, sadly our furniture outlet is now temporarily closed.


We may have closed our outlet doors, but you can still shop with us online and contact us on the telephone. Take care of yourselves, your loved ones and your community, and we look forward to welcoming you back into our furniture outlet when the time is right.
