HOW DOES IT WORK?
STEP 1:Select the furniture you require. To qualify for finance your basket value (including delivery) needs to be at least £300.
STEP 2:When you’re in the basket, simply fill out your address and contact details, then click the ‘Pay By finance’ button. You will be now prompted to select the duration of the finance you would like to apply for, then press apply for finance. You will now be directed securely to the finance application page.
STEP 3:Simply fill out the finance application, pay the 10% deposit by card
STEP 4:We then receive notification from the finance provider with the outcome of the application
STEP 5: Providing the application is successful we dispatch your items in the specified lead times !

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I apply for finance? Simply complete our online finance application form one the link is emailed to you, then carefully read the agreement and related information. If you are happy to proceed, you can sign the agreement online and click a button to send it to the finance company for an instant decision. If you are approved we'll ask you to pay the deposit online using a credit or debit card. Upon receipt of your deposit payment, we'll proceed with your order.
How long does it take to apply online? Our online application form typically takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Your application is then instantly sent to the finance company and they will typically respond with their decision in around 10 seconds. Some applications may take longer to process. If for any reason we can't give you an instant decision you will be notified on screen as part of the application process and also by e-mail, with a follow up e-mail as soon as a decision is confirmed.
I've been approved for credit and paid the deposit. What happens next? We will carry out the order as per the delivery leadtimes we will then notify the finance company when we have delivered your order in full. The finance company will then write to you to confirm the repayment amounts and schedule.
What are the requirements for finance? You must be over 18 years or older.
In regular full or part time employment (minimum 16 hours per week, unless you are retired or a house person with a spouse in full time employment).
Be a permanent UK resident and able to supply a UK address history for the last 3 years.
You must have a UK bank account capable of accepting Direct Debits.
No adverse credit history (no CCJ's, IVA's or bankruptcies)
The goods must be delivered to your home address.
The deposit must be paid using a credit or debit card.
Why was I declined? Unfortunately we are not given the reason why a customer is declined for credit. The authorisation process is carried out by the finance company. The reason for a decline is often that incorrect information has been entered in the credit application form. Please ensure you carefully enter all required information.
Do I need to pay a deposit? Yes. If your credit application is accepted, you will be required to pay a minimum of 10% deposit, using a credit or debit card. The amount of the deposit is show in the credit summary (displayed on the top left hand side of the screen throughout the credit application form) and on the credit agreement itself.
How do I repay the loan? Your monthly repayments are collected by direct debit.
Can I pay my agreement off early? You can settle the agreement at any time by paying off the amount you owe. Please see contact details below.
What about warranty and returns? Your furniture is still covered under our normal warranty and returns policy. If you decide to return your furniture or cancel the order within 14 days, your finance application can be cancelled. (The 30 day returns policy does not apply to our finance process)
Can I cancel my credit agreement if I change my mind? You have the right under section 66A of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason before the end of 14 days (beginning with the day after the day on which the agreement is made or, if later, the date on which we will tell you that we have signed the agreement). If you wish to withdraw you must give the finance company notice in writing or by telephone or email. The name of your finance company will be clearly shown on your credit agreement (see contact details below). Please note that if you do give notice of withdrawal, you must repay the full amount of the credit without delay and in any event by no later than 30 days after giving notice of withdrawal. If you want to settle the loan after the 14 day cooling off period, you may do so but you will also have to pay interest accrued from the date the agreement was made until the date you repay it. If you wish to pay by debit card please telephone the finance company. If you wish to pay by cheque please send it by first class post to the finance company. Please allow 10 working days from the day you post the cheque to allow time to process the payment.
