How do I return my order?
If your order isn’t right for you then please call us and forward in a confirmation e-mail that you would like your order returning for a full refund. Ensuring that the goods are back in their original packaging, we then arrange a collection with our delivery team. The collection team will be in contact with you to arrange a pick up date, similar to the process when they delivered the order. From here the goods are brought back into our warehouse and are checked in to process through your refund. This will be refunded back to your card which was originally used to process the order.
